Matrix Behavior Solutions, LLC is hiring Behavioral Health Technicians (BHT) in Monroe County. As a BHT, you will provide one-on-one services to children and adolescents in home, school, and community settings, helping them develop communication, social, behavioral, and daily living skills under supervision.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; 40-hour RBT training provided by us.
• Experience as paraprofessional, daycare, direct support professional, or related role is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Implement individualized treatment and behavior support plans.
• Teach meaningful skills that promote independence and growth.
• Collect accurate data and complete documentation promptly using CentralReach.
• Participate in supervision, training, and team collaboration.
• Build positive, respectful relationships with families, schools, and colleagues.
