Advanced Recovery Systems, LLC is seeking a compassionate Registered Nurse to join our team in Oregon. The role features 12-hour shifts with a $3 night shift differential, contributing to high-quality behavioral health care across our facilities.

An Associate's Degree in Nursing is required, with a Bachelor's degree preferred. A valid RN license in the state and at least two years of RN experience, especially in behavioral health, are expected.

Qualifications

• RN license in the state of licensure, active and in good standing
• Minimum Associate's Degree in Nursing; Bachelor's degree preferred
• Minimum two years' experience as a Registered Nurse preferred; behavioral health experience preferred

Responsabilités

• Complete admission documentation within required timeframes and maintain medical records
• Administer medications as indicated and monitor detoxification process
• Transcribe physician orders and implement medical protocols
• Coordinate with medical personnel and external resources
• Document care in patient records per licensure standards
• Assess medical and psychiatric needs, determine urgency, and expedite treatment as required
• Communicate concerns about patient health to relevant staff and follow up
• Educate patients about medications, health issues and medical conditions
• Take verbal orders from medical providers and document accurately
• Provide routine nursing care under supervision of the Director of Nursing
