The flexible schedule allows you to work after 3 PM, with a total of 30 hours per week.

Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) – What We’re All About

As an RBT, you’ll play a hands-on role in changing lives. Working under the guidance of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA), you’ll support children through Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy, helping them build key life skills and overcome behavioral challenges.

Job Responsibilities:

Putting Plans into Action: You’ll follow personalized treatment plans designed by a BCBA, focusing on teaching important skills and reducing behaviors that get in the way of learning.

Working One-on-One: You’ll be side by side with children, building trust and offering positive reinforcement as they work on goals related to communication, social skills, daily routines, and more.

Tracking Progress: During sessions, you’ll carefully collect data so the whole team can see what’s working and where we might need to adjust.

Supporting Skill Development: From social interaction to daily living and even early academic skills, you’ll guide kids in learning at their own pace.

Managing Challenging Behaviors: You’ll use proven strategies to help children manage tough behaviors and replace them with more helpful alternatives.

Team Collaboration: You won’t be doing this alone. You’ll be in close contact with BCBAs and other professionals to make sure each child is getting the best support possible.

Keeping Good Records: Staying organized and accurate with documentation is a big part of the job – it helps us measure growth and stay on track.

Following Ethical Standards: You’ll be expected to follow the RBT Code of Ethics, including maintaining confidentiality and always seeking guidance when you need it.

Pay: Up to 28 hourly Depending on Experience
