SUMMARY OF CLIENT'S DESCRIPTION OF THIS OPPORTUNITY
*Provide direct care and supervision to patients in a mental health setting.
*Assist in implementing and following individualized treatment plans.
*Monitor and document patient behaviors, progress, and any significant changes.
*Support patients in daily activities, therapeutic exercises, and group sessions.
*Ensure a safe and structured environment for individuals receiving treatment.
*Collaborate with mental health professionals, social workers, and nurses to support patient care.
*Assist in crisis intervention and de-escalation techniques when necessary.
*Maintain compliance with state and federal mental health regulations and organizational policies.

CLIENT'S REQUIRED EXPERIENCE AND EDUCATION
*High school diploma or equivalent; additional relevant education or certification in psychiatric technology or a related field is preferred.
*Previous experience working in mental health, forensic, or similar settings.
*Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
*Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
*Knowledge of psychiatric medications, therapeutic techniques, and behavioral management strategies.
*Valid driver's license with a good driving record.
