We are hiring ABA Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) and Behavior Technicians (BTs) to work in our clinics, local home-based, and school-based positions! No ABA experience required, we will train and certify you.

Fully Paid Training

We provide in-depth training and supervision to prepare you to effectively work as a Behavior Technician. Registered Behavior Technician Certification training provided—you will get paid to be trained and certified!

The role of Behavior Technician involves:

• Conducting therapy sessions in schools under the supervision of BCBAs
• Utilizing therapy techniques consistent with Applied Behavior Analysis
• Implementing procedures designed by a BCBA
• Communicating with team members and supervisors regarding client progress
• Maintaining accurate, complete progress notes and other written records in accordance with program policies
• Assisting in general administrative duties when not with clients as directed

Minimum Qualifications:

• Minimum of 18 years of age
• Associates in Human Services (Psychology, Sociology, Communications, etc.) OR 2 years’ experience in the ABA field
• Physically mobile: able to withstand prolonged periods of standing, lift and carry objects (min. 40 pounds), and respond quickly (e.g., run after a child if necessary). CPI certification is preferred.
