Responsibilities

Manage all daily residential operations including Intake and supervision.
Train and support BHT team in all operations.
Escalate concerns or crises to Lead Behavioral Health Technician.
Oversee client engagement and morale to maintain a positive environment.
Ensure compliance to all Avenues rules and procedures.

What You'll Do

Manage all daily residential operations (i.e. Intake, supervision, events, transportation, food service, medications etc.)
Train and support BHT team in all operations and responsibilities
Escalate any concerns or crises to Lead Behavioral Health Technician
Oversee client engagement and morale, maintaining a warm and positive recovery environment
Ensure client and BHT compliance to all Avenues rules, policies and procedures

What We're Looking For

High School diploma or GED required.
