Job summary

Avenues Recovery Center is hiring for a Behavioral Health Technician Team Lead at our Dublin, NH location. You will oversee daily residential operations, support BHT colleagues, escalate crises promptly, and maintain a warm recovery environment that encourages client engagement.

Qualifications

High School diploma or GED required or preferred.
Valid driver’s license and CPR certification preferred.
If in recovery, a minimum one-year period of sustained sobriety is required.
Strong leadership and interpersonal skills are essential.

Responsibilities

Manage all daily residential operations (intake, supervision, events, transportation, food service, medications).
Train and support BHT team in operations and responsibilities.
Escalate any concerns or crises to Lead Behavioral Health Technician.
Oversee client engagement and morale to maintain a warm, positive recovery environment.
Ensure client and BHT compliance with all Avenues policies and procedures.

What You'll Do

What We're Looking For
