Job summary

Avenues Recovery Center is hiring Behavioral Health Technicians for second and third shifts at our Eastern Shore residential facility. A valid driver's license and CPR certification are required, and applicants in recovery with at least one year of sobriety are encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities

• Manage all daily residential operations (intake, supervision, events, transportation, food service, medications).
• Train and support BHT team in all operations and responsibilities.
• Escalate any concerns or crises to Lead Behavioral Health Technician.
• Oversee client engagement and morale, maintaining a warm and positive recovery environment.
• Ensure client and BHT compliance to all Avenues rules, policies and procedures.

Avenues Recovery Center at Eastern Shore is a 100-bed residential facility which offers inpatient drug and alcohol rehabilitation services.
