Job summary

Avenues Recovery Center in Dublin, NH is seeking a hands-on Behavioral Health Technician (BHT) to oversee daily residential operations and support a therapeutic environment. You will supervise intake, transportation, meals, and medications, while training the BHT team to uphold high care standards.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required or preferred.
• Valid driver's license and CPR certification preferred.
• If in recovery, a minimum one-year period of sustained sobriety is required.
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
• Warm, empathetic personality with ability to set firm boundaries.
• Dignified, honest character which models recovery principles.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily residential operations (intake, supervision, events, transportation, food service, medications, etc.).
• Train and support BHT team in operations and responsibilities.
• Escalate concerns or crises to Lead Behavioral Health Technician.
• Oversee client engagement and morale to maintain a warm recovery environment.

What You'll Do
