Position Details

• Reporting to: Director of Operations
• Schedule: Three 12-hour shifts per week between 11 am - 11:30 pm, scheduled days to be further discussed.
• Location: Castle Rock, CO
• Compensation: $17 - $20 hourly
• Application Deadline: June 2nd, 2025

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor patient safety, conduct safety checks, communicate with medical staff, and document incidents.
• Measure and report vital signs, conduct UDS and pregnancy tests, and comply with policies.
• Maintain respectful interactions, offer emotional support, and refer concerns to therapy staff.
• Share relevant information with the team, collaborate on care, and contribute to a supportive environment.
• Assist with patient transport, group activities, facility safety, supplies, and discharge preparations.

Required Qualifications

• Clean DMV record for the last 3 years.
• At least 21 years of age to meet insurance requirements.

Preferred Qualifications

• Relevant behavioral health certification.
• Experience with substance use disorder or mental health treatment.
• Experience with various levels of care, including detox and residential.
• Associate’s degree or higher.
