We're looking for a Behavioral Health Technician, working in the Healthcare Systems and Services industry in Northlake, Texas, United States.

Do you have a passion for helping neurodiverse children feel great about themselves while building confidence to achieve daily and long-term social and behavioral success?
Are you a compassionate caregiver with at least a high school diploma (or GED) located in Northlake, TX?
Centria Health is looking for Behavioral Health Technicians to work one-on-one with children and families with autism to implement learning programs, collect data on target behaviors, communicate with stakeholders, maintain client confidentiality, and regularly meet with their direct leader. You will build trust and care with the child and their family in their home setting within 15 minutes from where you reside.
Our comprehensive paid behavioral health training will prepare you to directly impact the developmental growth of children diagnosed with autism spectrum disorder (ASD) and guide you to support your assigned child through their unique development opportunities, including potentially aggressive reactions. Under the guidance of a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA), you will use evidence-based techniques to teach communication, social, and daily living skills while reducing interfering behaviors.
