Qualifications

• High School diploma equivalency with 2 years of cumulative experience
• Associate's degree/Technical degree OR 4 years of applicable cumulative job specific experience required
• Excellent communication skills and teamwork mindset are preferred

Responsibilities

• Assist patients with activities of daily living.
• Provide or assist with direct patient care, diagnostic procedures and therapeutic interventions.
• Observe and record patient behavior and activities and report changes to the treatment plan.
• Establish a therapeutic relationship with assigned patients
