You will work under Registered Nurses, assess patient data, support care plans, and contribute to recovery and wellbeing in a community-focused environment.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• At least one year of college in Behavioral Health or EMT-related field, or one year of Behavioral Health Technician experience.
• BLS Heartsaver Certification required by orientation and active thereafter.
• WELLE training within first three months (location-specific).

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care to individuals with addiction, behavioral problems, or mental health challenges.
• Ensure a safe and therapeutic environment to maximize patient wellbeing.
• Interact positively with patients, offering comfort, empathy, encouragement, and support.
• Assess patients and gather relevant data to contribute to their care plans.
• Collaborate with healthcare providers to deliver quality, safe care.
• Notify managers of significant patient care issues as needed.
