Job summary

Qualifications

• Ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.
• Ability to de-escalate and manage challenging behavior.

Responsibilities

• Assist with activities of daily living and personal care.
• Document significant events and observations in patient charts.
• Support RN with intake paperwork and vital signs.
• Lead or participate in group sessions with a safe, therapeutic approach.
• Maintain a clean, safe environment for patients and staff.
