Qualifications

• High School Diploma preferred
• Valid and unrestricted State Driver’s License
• Must obtain CPI certification within 90 days of hire
• Must obtain CPR, AED, and First Aid training
• Substance Use Division: minimum 1 year sobriety if in recovery

Responsibilities

• Adheres to all policies and procedures
• Provides exemplary customer service to all patients
• Maintains confidentiality of patient information and records
• Supports patients during admission and discharge processes
• Monitors patient activity and documents any significant issues
• Completes shift notes and group notes by end of shift
• Assists Nursing staff with duties as directed (e.g., vitals, room searches)
• Observes infection control policies and hand hygiene
• Performs other duties as assigned
• Assists in implementing individual patient treatment plans per clinical team
• Ensures safety and cleanliness of the environment
• Facilitates patient daily needs per program schedule (hygiene, meals, etc.)
• Crises intervention as appropriate
• Responsible for scheduled shifts and coverage when needed
• Attends staff meetings and trainings
• Residential: transportation duties where applicable
