Job summary

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• CPI certification to be obtained within 90 days of hire.

Responsibilities

• Adheres to all DBH policies and procedures.
• Ensure patient safety and provide patient interventions.
• Lead psychoeducational groups and support patients.
• Maintain confidentiality of patient information and records.
• Assist Nursing staff with duties and monitor patient activity.
• Document shift notes and other required records by end of shift.
• Provide transportation services if needed and ensure safety during transport.

Education

High School Diploma (or equivalent)

Valid and unrestricted State Driver’s License

CPI certification within 90 days of hire

CPR, AED, and First Aid
