Qualifications

• Valid and unrestricted State Driver's License.

Responsibilities

• Assist Nursing staff with duties as directed and support patient safety.
• Lead daily groups and facilitate activities per schedule.
• Monitor patient activity and document shift notes and group notes.
• Provide transportation services for patients as needed.
• Maintain confidentiality and follow facility policies.
