Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Valid driver's license required.
• Must obtain CPI certification within 90 days of hire.
• CPR, AED and First Aid certifications required.
• Substance Use Division: 1 year sobriety if in recovery.
• Eating Disorder Division: 1 year recovery if in recovery.

Responsibilities

• Adheres to DBH policies and procedures.
• Maintain professional boundaries and ethics.
• Provide patient supervision and assist nursing staff as directed.
• Facilitate daily patient needs and support treatment planning.
• Monitor patient activity and document shift notes and group notes.
• Ensure a safe, organized environment and perform housekeeping as needed.
