Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Valid and unrestricted State Driver’s License.
• Must obtain CPI certification within 90 days of hire and CPR/AED/First Aid training.
• Substance Use Division: 1 year sobriety recommended; Eating Disorder Division: 1 year recovery advised.

Responsibilities

• Adhere to DBH policies and procedures.
• Provide patient supervision and support throughout treatment.
• Lead psychoeducational groups and assist in care planning.
• Maintain confidentiality and accurate documentation (shift notes, group notes).
• Assist nursing staff and monitor patient safety and daily activities.
• Ensure a safe, organized environment and participate in trainings.
