Centerstone is seeking a compassionate Behavioral Health Technician I in Trenton to provide direct support in residential and withdrawal management settings. You will help monitor health indicators, facilitate structured activities, respond to crises, and support medication administration while maintaining a safe, therapeutic environment.

The role emphasizes teamwork, confidentiality, and strong communication as you assist clients and document care in an electronic records system.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum of two years of responsible employment.
• Knowledge of confidentiality laws in behavioral health.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to interpret safety and procedural documents.
• Ability to navigate electronic medical records.

Responsibilities

• Admit, supervise, monitor, transfer, and discharge clients/patients
• Monitor vital signs and elevate when necessary
• Oversee and document medication administration
• Monitor OTC medications and maintain inventory
• Document blood glucose levels and maintain equipment
