Job summary

Presbyterian Kaseman Hospital is seeking a Behavioral Health Technician to join the behavioral health team in Albuquerque, NM. You will work with nurses and the care team to provide compassionate, patient-centered support in a safe, therapeutic environment.

Full-time position with 12-hour day shifts. Benefits include tuition reimbursement and staff safety measures, with shift differentials for nights/weekends for eligible roles.

Qualifications

• Specialized training in basic patient care preferred (e.g. CNA, MA, NA, NT, nursing student who has completed skills labs)
• Experience assisting with activities of daily living and patient observation is valued

Responsibilities

• Interdisciplinary teamwork in treatment and care of behavioral health patients
• Observe mood, behaviors and interactions; perform rounds and checks
• Assist with activities of daily living and patient care procedures under licensed nurse supervision
