Job summary

Responsibilities

• Provide care to patients in a manner that promotes safety, comfort and therapeutic environment.
• Chart observations and required documentation per treatment plan and EMR.
• Assist with activities of daily living and coordinate care in crisis situations as needed.
• Transport patients to and from appointments, clinics, laboratories, and treatments.
• Participate in development and implementation of patient treatment programs.
• Maintain confidentiality of patient records following HIPAA guidelines.
