Community Counseling Center Inc. is seeking Behavioral Health Tech staff for the Lou Masterman Center, a seven-bed residential treatment program for adults with mental health diagnoses.

You will work evening and overnight shifts with rate differentials and support clients through daily living and therapeutic activities. Responsibilities include safety, documentation, medication distribution, transport when needed, and collaboration with the treatment team to ensure quality care.

Qualificações

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Must hold Valid Driver's License and auto insurance.

Responsabilidades

• Provide care to clients in a manner that promotes safety and therapeutic environment.
• Participate in recreational and social activities with clients.
• Promote activities of daily living and self-care management.
• Teach functional living skills based on treatment plan.
• Collaborate with treatment team to coordinate client care.
• Document observations per policy.
• Conduct checks and monitor client conditions.
• Distribute medications as per policy and report errors.
• Transport clients as needed.
• Document according to policies.
