Qualifications

• CPR certification required within 30 days of hire.
• De-escalation certification required within 30 days of hire.
• Experience in a psychiatric health-care facility preferred.
• 1 year of experience in a psychiatric inpatient setting preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support therapeutic milieu under RN direction, ensure schedule is delivered, supervise patients, maintain safety, treat patients with respect and dignity.
