Job summary

Bradford Health Services is seeking a PRN Behavioral Health Technician in the Dallas area to support patients in a behavioral health care setting. Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Associate’s degree in a related field preferred.
• Experience or training in behavioral health or related clinical settings.
• Knowledge of crisis intervention techniques and mental health principles.
• Ability to maintain detailed and accurate clinical documentation.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact with patients and staff.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct care and support to patients with mental health needs, including those with serious emotional disturbances (SED).
• Assist clinicians in conducting clinical assessments and implementing individualized treatment and discharge plans.
• Monitor patient behavior continuously and intervene promptly during crisis situations to ensure safety and de‑escalation.
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation, including progress notes, incident reports, and care plans.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to support patient care goals and participate in team meetings and case reviews.
