Job summary

Pyramid Healthcare, Inc. is seeking a dedicated BHT Supervisor to oversee clients and fellow BHTs during a shift, ensuring protocols are followed and reporting issues to the Program Director. You will help maintain a safe, therapeutic environment and support staff in daily operations.

Shift is 1st 7:00am–3:00pm with pay at $17.50/hr before shift differentials. A high school diploma or GED and a valid driver’s license are required; experience in addiction/mental health and with process

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license. (Required)
• Experience in Drug and Alcohol/Mental Health. (Preferred)
• Experience facilitating process groups and family sessions. (Preferred)

Responsibilities

• Assist with the intake process for new clients into the program.
• Communicate with staff in logs and ensure detailed client records.
• Listen to clients about treatment, maintain a safe environment, and address crises.
• Coordinate lectures, recreation, and meetings.
• Conduct bed checks and complete bed-check sheets for shift reporting.
• Attend shift changes, team and company meetings.
• Assist with interventions with clients and follow treatment plans.
• Transport clients to medical appointments as needed.
• Conduct client searches on return to the facility.
• Train new staff on unit, program, and milieu.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Summary:

In addition to performing the role of a BHT, the BHT Supervisor is responsible for the overall supervision of clients and other BHTs while on duty. BHT Supervisor ensures client and staff follow protocols, and reports issues to the Program Director / BHT Manager and others as needed.

Shift: 1st Shift 7:00am - 3:00pm

Pay: $17.50/hr before shift differentials

Responsibilities:

• Assist with the intake process for new clients into the program.
• Communicate with staff either verbally or in written communication logs, responsible for detailed client logs.
• Listen to clients concerning all areas of treatment, maintaining a safe, orderly, and therapeutic physical environment for clients including crisis intervention.
• Coordinate activities including lectures, recreation, and meetings.
• Conduct mandatory bed checks as required per department, complete bed-check sheets for shift reporting.
• Attend shift change, team meetings, and company meetings.
• Assist with interventions with clients.
• Follow objectives of treatment plans.
• Transport clients to hospitals for medical appointments as needed.
• Conduct searches of clients when they return to the facility.
• Train new staff on unit, program, and milieu.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
