Job summary

Pyramid Healthcare, located in Hammonton, New Jersey, is seeking a Direct Care Staff member for our residential and outpatient treatment services. This essential role is responsible for interacting with and supervising clients throughout their treatment journey.

The ideal candidate will have a high school diploma and preferably some experience in behavioral health or general healthcare. Successful applicants will enjoy various benefits, including medical insurance and paid time off.

Qualifications

• Prefer behavioral health experience or general healthcare experience.
• Current CPR, AED and First Aid preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist with intake process with new clients into program.
• Communicates with staff either verbally or in written communication logs.
• Coordinates activities including lectures, recreation, and meetings.
• Conducts mandatory bed checks.
• Attends shift change and team meetings.
• Assists clients with obtaining a sponsor.
