Telecare Corporation in Utah seeks a Team Lead Unlicensed – Mental Health 138 to supervise multidisciplinary teams and coordinate service needs under the Clinical Director. This on-site, full-time role includes an on-call rotation and requires responsiveness to work-related needs within a designated timeframe.

The position offers a starting wage range of $72,808.63 to $89,871.72 and benefits such as PTO, CEUs, tuition discounts, and comprehensive health coverage, plus retirement options.

Qualifications

• Master’s Degree and two years of experience in mental health setting.
• Licensed eligible or waivered mental health professional as confirmed by State licensing board (e.g., ASW, IMFT, or PCCI)
• One year supervisory experience required or supervisory training within six months of employment
• Valid and current driver’s license, and personal vehicle insurance with your name listed as a driver.
• Willingness to use your personal vehicle to attend meetings, etc. (weekly mileage reimbursement at the IRS rate)
