• Master’s degree and two years of experience in a mental health setting.
• Licensed eligible or waivered mental health professional per state board.
• One year supervisory experience or supervisory training within six months.
• Valid driver's license and personal vehicle insurance.

Responsibilities

• Supervise multidisciplinary teams under the Clinical Director.
• Coordinate service needs and collaborate with partner services.
• Participate in a structured on-call rotation and respond as required.
• Ensure appropriate level of services for new members.
