Qualifications

• Master’s Degree in mental health with at least 1 year of experience.
• One year supervisory experience or supervisory training within six months.
• QMHP eligibility with MHACBO certification.
• CPR, CPI, and First Aid certifications.
• Valid driver’s license and access to a vehicle.
• Background checks and medical clearance requirements before employment.

Responsibilities

• Supervises multidisciplinary teams and coordinates service needs.
• Collaborates with other services and agencies as part of care delivery.
• Participates in structured on-call rotation and responds to needs within required timeframes.
• Ensures appropriate level of services for new members as outlined in essential functions.
