Job summary

Premise Health is seeking a Full Time Behavioral Health Team Lead to provide clinical leadership at our Orlando, FL Health Center, overseeing a team of behavioral health professionals and treatment planning for employees and dependents. Clinic hours are Mon-Fri 7a-7p, with a late April 2027 start.

The role emphasizes evidence-based practices, crisis management, documentation accuracy, and collaboration with multidisciplinary teams.

Qualifications

• Master’s Degree in social work, counseling, psychology, or equivalent field of study.
• Licensed as a mental health clinician per state requirements (examples include LCSW, LPC, LPCC, LMHC, LMFT, LPCMH, LPCC, LCPC).
• LMSW is not accepted across states
• For NY ONLY, LCSW, LMHC-D and LMFT-D are accepted
• CAMS-care certification must be obtained within 12 months of hire
• 5 years’ of experience in the field or related area
• Experience in treating behavioral mental health issues and related areas
• Crisis management, abuse reporting, and cultural competence
• Experience identifying, preventing, and treating suicidal behaviors
• Patient referral management and knowledge of referral resources
• Experience in integrated behavioral health settings preferred

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical leadership and support to Licensed Clinical Behavioral Health staff, including chart reviews, input for performance appraisals, hiring and staff development
• Serve as the Subject Matter Expert in interviews and contribute to training, education and development of behavioral health staff
• Manage case load, maintain accurate documentation, and engage clients in personal and social goal setting, treatment planning, and community resources as needed
• Provides psychotherapy or counseling to individuals, groups, couples, or families
• Apply evidence-based intervention within scope of practice, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Acceptance & Commitment Therapy, Dialectical Behavior Therapy, EMDR, Written Exposure Therapy, and CAMS
• Enters data into patient’s chart to ensure accurate and up-to-date records
• Performs other duties as assigned
