St Johns Community Health in Los Angeles, CA is seeking a Regular Full-Time Behavioral Health Clinician to provide assessment, evaluation and mental health treatment within an integrated care team.

The role emphasizes individual and group therapy, case coordination with primary care, and collaboration with the care team. A Master’s Degree and California licensure eligibility are required, with at least 2 years of related experience and bilingual English/Spanish preferred.

Qualifications

• Master’s Degree in Social Work or related licensure track toward California licensure as a therapist.
• 2 years of behavioral health services experience in an integrated health setting.
• Licensed/registered status with California Board of Behavioral Sciences as ACSW or AMFT is required/recommended.

Responsibilities

• Provide assessment, evaluation and mental health treatment.
• Deliver individual and group therapy per treatment plan.
• Coordinate with medical providers on psychosocial issues.
• Triage referrals and schedule intake with program staff.
• Maintain licensure and compliant medical records.
