Job summary

Arista Recovery in Kansas is seeking a Behavioral Health Technician to support the Facility Director and treatment staff in day-to-day operational needs. You will assist with intake procedures, monitor patient activity, and help maintain safety and order as part of the treatment team.

Responsibilities include supervising patients, ensuring adherence to the clinical schedule, and performing routine safety checks.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent preferred.
• Two years work experience in a hotel, customer service, hospital, or treatment program setting.
• A minimum of five years driving experience and a valid driver’s license with a clear record.

Responsibilities

• Assist with supervision of patients in daily activities.
• Ensure patients follow the clinical schedule and communicate issues to the treatment team.
• Transport clients when applicable and ensure safety checks before transportation.
• Conduct rounds to ensure safety and assist with admissions/discharges as needed.
• Maintain adherence to facility policies and state/federal regulations.
