Job summary

Bel Aire Recovery Center in Bel Aire, Kansas seeks a PRN Behavioral Health Associate to join the treatment team. The role focuses on monitoring client behaviors, providing supervision, and assisting in data collection, with crisis response as needed.

You will work onsite in shift blocks (7a-3:30p, 3p-11:30p, 11p-7:30a), support group activities, document in client records, perform safety checks, and help with incident reporting while maintaining a safe, structured environment.

Qualifications

• High school graduate or equivalent.
• Six months+ experience with the facility's population preferred.
• Knowledge of psychiatric disorders and treatment modalities preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintains a safe, structured environment and supervises clients.
• Performs safety checks and adheres to supervision guidelines.
• Checks client belongings for contraband and manages valuables.
• Interacts with clients, encourages group therapy participation, and supports activities.
