Job summary

GRNH, LLC is seeking a Behavioral Health Tech to support adults or adolescents in residential addiction treatment. The role assists admission, orients clients, conducts screenings, monitors safety, and coordinates with clinical staff to address changes in condition.

You will de-escalate incidents, supervise meals, transport clients, maintain logs, and participate in trainings and shift turnover while upholding privacy and ethical standards.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Two years of continuous sobriety prior to hire if recovering alcoholic or addict.
• Current CPR certification.
• ADCA within 30 days of hire (Maine) or higher must be obtained within 30 days (Maine).

Responsibilities

• Assist with the admission process and client orientation.
• Record inventory of personal belongings and valuables.
• Facilitate orientation groups with clients.
• Know client location at all times and transport as needed.
• De-escalate incidents and report safety concerns.
• Provide supervision of meals and maintain logbooks for continuity of care.
• Maintain client privacy and adhere to policies.
