GRNH, LLC is seeking a Behavioral Health Tech to support admission, orientation, and ongoing client care in a structured treatment program. The role focuses on safety, wellbeing, and liaison work between clients and staff to report changes in mental or physical condition.

The position requires a High School diploma or GED, sobriety prerequisites, CPR currency, and the ability to work within federal and state regulations.

Competenze

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Two years of continuous sobriety prior to hire if recovering from addiction.
• ADCA or higher must be obtained within 30 days of start date (if applicable).
• Knowledge of Federal, State and Municipal laws related to treatment, confidentiality and ethics.

Mansioni

• Assist with the admission process on new client admissions and orientation procedures and schedules.
• Record inventory of all personal belongings, valuables and return tickets.
• Facilitate all orientation groups with clients.
• Fill out required lab requisitions per protocol.
• Know where clients are at all times.
• Transport clients in company vehicles as needed.
• De-escalate AMA and other client problems.
• Participate in staff meetings and ensure continuity of care.
• Provide supervision of meals and maintain meal areas.
• Monitor group rooms for cleanliness after activities.
• Report infractions and maintain accurate logs.
