Bel Aire Recovery Center in Bel Aire, Kansas, seeks a PRN Behavioral Health Associate to join our multidisciplinary team. You will monitor client behaviors, support care, document data, and assist in crisis response, with shift options across 7a-3:30p, 3p-11:30p, and 11p-7:30a.

Candidates should have a high school diploma, six months' experience with our population, CPR and de-escalation training, and may need first aid per state requirements.

Formación

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Six months or more experience working with the facility population.
• CPR certification and de-escalation training required.
• First aid may be required based on state or facility requirements.

Responsabilidades

• Monitors and reports client behaviors; provides continuous client care and supervision.
• Maintains a safe, structured environment and conducts safety checks per guidelines.
• Records vital signs and communicates changes to nursing staff.
• Charts timely in client records and supports activity programs.
• Assists with incident reports and coordinates transfers or transportation as needed.
