Job summary

Qualifications

• Graduation from High School or GED.
• Two years of continuous sobriety prior to hire if a recovering alcoholic or addict and participate in a self-help program.
• Current CPR and driver's license preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist with the admission process and orientation procedures.
• Record inventory of all personal belongings; secure valuables.
• Facilitate client orientation groups.
• Submit required lab requisitions per protocol.
• Know where clients are at all times; transport as needed.
• De-escalate issues and participate in staff meetings.
• Provide supervision of meals and maintain meal area cleanliness.
• Handoff information to the next shift and maintain continuity of care.
