Qualified candidates will have a high school diploma, BHT experience, and CPR/AED/First Aid certification. Strong communication and leadership skills are essential for success in a fast-paced behavioral health setting.

Responsabilidades

• Provide regular supervision, leadership, coaching, and mentorship to Behavioral Health Technicians.
• Develop and manage staff schedules to ensure coverage and minimize overtime.
• Coordinate orientation and training for BHT staff.
• Monitor staff documentation for compliance with standards.
• Participate in hiring processes and candidate selection.
• Support performance management and disciplinary processes.
