Job summary

State of Michigan is seeking a State Administrative Manager 15 to lead the Behavioral Health Integration and Strategy Section within the Behavioral Health Transformation Division of Health Services. You will supervise staff and coordinate research, evaluation, planning and data reporting for integrated health projects.

This role oversees policy guidance, health IT initiatives and ongoing program development, including CCBHC and IBH Model initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in any major.
• Four years of professional experience, with progression to senior levels as described (P11/12).
• Experience in safety/regulatory or law enforcement pathways may substitute education/experience.

Responsibilities

• Oversee administrative activities related to research, evaluation, planning, development, implementation and data reporting.
• Guide policy and procedures, provide technical assistance, and support health information initiatives and evaluation efforts.
• Hire, supervise, and train staff; manage leaves, performance reviews and employee relations.
