Hanover Hill Behavioral Health, located in Bethlehem, Pennsylvania, seeks an experienced Staffing Coordinator to keep hospital units fully staffed and ensure patient care standards. You will manage the master scheduling system, adjusting staffing based on census fluctuations, call-ins, and planned leaves of absence, reporting to the Chief Nursing Officer as part of Nursing Management.

The role involves five 8-hour shifts per week from 8:00 am to 4:30 pm, in a state-of-the-art facility with EPIC.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate's degree preferred.
• One to three years of relevant experience required; more than three preferred.
• Experience with staffing and scheduling in healthcare is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Keep hospital units fully staffed and ensure adequate coverage for all shifts.
• Manage master scheduling software and adjust staffing levels based on census fluctuations.
• Report to Chief Nursing Officer as part of Nursing Management Team.
• Five 8-hour shifts per week, 8:00 am–4:30 pm.
