Job summary

Hanover Hill Behavioral Health, located in Bethlehem, PA, is a new behavioral health facility offering care for seniors, adults and adolescents. The Staffing Coordinator works with a multidisciplinary team to keep hospital units fully staffed using a master scheduling system (EPIC) and adjusts staffing based on census fluctuations and planned leaves.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Associate's degree is preferred.
• One to three years of relevant experience is required, but more than three is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintain all hospital units staffed to ensure proper patient care.
• Manage the master scheduling software system and adjust staffing based on census, call-ins, and leaves of absence.
• Coordinate staffing to ensure adequate coverage for all shifts as part of the Nursing Management Team.
• Report to the Director of Nursing as a key contributor to unit operations.
