Job summary

Terros Health in Phoenix, AZ is seeking a Clinical Site Manager (LPC or LCSW) to lead our Desert Cove Recovery Health Center. This full-time, day-shift role focuses on clinical leadership, staff supervision, and ensuring services comply with policies, regulations, and quality standards.

Candidates must hold a Master's degree, an AZ LPC or LCSW license, and several years of supervisory behavioral health experience.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in a related discipline (e.g., MA, MSW)
• Arizona Independent License (LPC or LCSW)
• 3–5 years’ supervisory experience in a behavioral health setting preferred
• BLS required
• Experience with Electronic Health Records (NextGen) a plus
• Proficient in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Must meet Terros Health driving policy requirements
• Must pass TB Test, Drug Screen and Background Check

Responsibilities

• Implements clinical policies and management procedures for the facility
• Supervises clinical activities to ensure services meet standards and licensure requirements
• Creates a climate that promotes quality treatment
• Manages clinical staff
• Oversees coordination of clinical activities and adherence to provider manuals
• Provides supervision for Clinical Coordinators and Connective Clinical Liaisons
• Ensures staff comply with regulatory and contract requirements
• Uses outcomes data to initiate training and performance improvement
• Communicates operational barriers to Site Administrator and management
• Mentors and coaches staff in assessment and treatment planning
