Job summary

Terros Health in Phoenix, AZ is hiring a Clinical Site Manager (LPC or LCSW) to lead a multidisciplinary team serving adults with Serious Mental Illness and co-occurring disorders. The role emphasizes clinical excellence, supervision, and adherence to high standards of care.

You will mentor BHTs, clinicians and clinical coordinators, ensuring resources and feedback support growth and quality treatment. Leadership experience in behavioral health is required.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in a related discipline.
• Arizona Independent License: LPC or LCSW is required.
• 1 year of leadership experience in behavioral health.
• Experience serving adults with Serious Mental Illness (SMI) is required.

Responsibilities

• Supervise clinical activities and coordinate program services.
• Mentor clinicians, coordinators and staff to improve skills.
• Ensure compliance with policies, procedures and licensure standards.
• Coordinate clinical disciplines and service delivery across the site.
