Job summary

Terros Health is seeking a Clinical Site Manager for the Priest Recovery Health Center in Tempe, AZ. This is a licensed clinician leadership role requiring LCSW or LPC and SMI-experienced leadership.

You will guide a multidisciplinary team to deliver high-quality, evidence-based care for adults with complex needs. The position is full-time, with a 40-hour week, competitive salary, $5,000 sign-on bonus, bilingual pay differential, comprehensive benefits, and generous PTO.

Qualifications

• Licensed clinician with LCSW or LPC is required.
• Experience leading multidisciplinary teams serving adults with Serious Mental Illness (SMI).
• Provides supervision and mentoring to clinicians and coordinators.

Responsibilities

• Supervise clinical activities to ensure compliance with policies and regulations.
• Lead the clinical staff and coordinate services across disciplines.
• Mentor clinicians and coordinators to promote quality, evidence-based care.
• Facilitate regular staff meetings and performance improvement initiatives.
• Oversee delivery of services at the site and ensure regulatory standards are met.
