Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in marketing preferred, or equivalent business development experience with a healthcare focus.
• Minimum 1 year of sales or development experience in the healthcare and/or medical industry.
• Clear communication, relationship-building, organization, and sound problem-solving.

Responsibilities

• Implement strategic business and marketing plans within the assigned territory.
• Collect information from referring professionals and facilities; engage patients through pre-admission screenings.
• Serve as liaison between patients and the hospital's intake department to assess admission eligibility.
• Assist patients and families in exploring care alternatives and communicate results to ensure policy adherence.
