Minden Medical Center is hiring a Full-Time Service Development Representative to support patient access and community care in the Shreveport/Bossier territory. You will engage with referring professionals and patients, collect information, and help assess admission eligibility.

You’ll build relationships with community resources and coordinate with the hospital intake team to ensure clear communication and a seamless continuum of care for mental health services.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in marketing preferred, or equivalent business development experience with a healthcare focus
• Minimum 1 year of sales or development experience in the healthcare and/or medical industry
• Clear communication, relationship-building, organization, and sound problem-solving

Responsibilities

• Engage with referring professionals and patients through pre-admission screenings
• Collect information and assist in assessing admission eligibility
• Promote mental health prevention and coordinate with intake and community partners
