Job summary

Trinity Health IHA Medical Group is seeking a Service Center Supervisor – Behavioral Health to lead and supervise Behavioral Health Service Center staff. You will ensure efficient, fiscally responsible and customer-responsive operations while guiding daily activities and performance goals.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree and at least 3 years of supervisory experience in a related setting; strong communication and process improvement skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and professional experience.
• Minimum of 3 years experience as a PPSC Representative; supervisory experience strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervises day to day operations of staff and services.
• Ensures staff are adequately trained to perform responsibilities and aware of performance goals.
• Performs quality reviews on staff work and recorded calls.
• Participates in process and procedure development.
• Manages complaints, maintains compliance log, and compiles monthly reports.
• Ensures efficient scheduling for Representatives and tracks time/attendance.
• Evaluates performance of Representatives.
