Peregrine Health in Nashville, TN is seeking a Market Operations Coordinator to act as the logistical backbone of partner operations. You will manage patient and provider scheduling across our behavioral health sites, ensure cadence, and optimize provider calendars to maximize clinical impact.

You will also support patients and providers through digital tools, coordinate cross-functional teams, and communicate effectively with client clinics to deliver a coordinated, high-quality care experience.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in healthcare operations, scheduling, or administrative support (telehealth or behavioral health a plus).
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail with ability to manage high-volume tasks.
• Excellent communication skills — professional, empathetic, and clear with patients, providers, and internal teams.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end visit scheduling for behavioral health appointments across partner sites.
• Coordinate follow-up visits and referrals for timely continuity of care.
• Serve as central point of contact for appointment logistics and scheduling conflicts.
• Support panel management by monitoring patient visit cadence and flagging gaps in care.
• Maintain and optimize provider calendars to reduce downtime and align with patient demand.
• Assist patients and providers in using digital tools and resources to enhance care delivery.
• Foster strong communication with providers and client clinics to support care coordination.
