Job summary

Mercy St Louis is seeking a dedicated RN for Behavioral Health on a full-time weekend option: Fri/Sat/Sun 10am–10pm and every other Thursday 1pm–9pm. You will assist in planning, coordinating and evaluating operations and patient care, and serve as a clinical resource for staff and patients in the department.

The role may include functioning as staff nurse as needed and assuming delegated managerial duties. Mercy offers a range of incentives and professional development opportunities.

Qualifications

Graduate from an accredited nursing program with RN licensure in the hiring state.
Preferred: Bachelor's degree in Nursing.
BLS certification or within 30 days of hire.

Responsibilities

Assists in planning, coordination, implementation and evaluation of operations and patient care in designated areas.
Serves as a clinical resource for staff and patients in the department.
Functions as a staff nurse in the department as needed and accepts delegated managerial duties.
